Joe has over 34 years of experience as a lawyer focusing on the construction and real estate industries, including dispute resolution, in the Pacific Northwest. He represents owners, general contractors, sureties, subcontractors and suppliers in the construction industry as well as developers, brokers, buyers and sellers in the real estate industry. His extensive experience includes litigation, arbitration, mediation, and serving on several panels acting as a neutral evaluator on troubled construction projects.
