She handles both commercial and residential leasing, simple and complex land transactions, land development, financing and construction issues, buying and selling property, easements, boundary disputes, and most other property and business issues. Betty also forms business entities, works with shareholders, financing issues, asset purchase and sales, software, manufacturing and other contractual issues and most other transactions for closely held businesses.

- Represented one of the largest national homebuilders for over ten years helping in land acquisition, land development and related matters.

forms for large office and retail projects and helped obtain project
financing and refinancing.
