Josh's practice focuses on real estate development and real estate and business transactions.  Typical projects include negotiating commercial leases and real estate purchases and sales, advising clients on real estate financing, preparing the formation, disclosure and purchase and sale documents for condominium developments, advising clients about risk management for condominiums and other real estate developments, representing condominium and homeowners associations, purchases and sales of business, forming LLCs and corporations, and drafting CC&Rs, easements and general business agreements.
