Part-time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Hanson Baker, a well-established Bellevue law firm, is looking to add a reliable assistant bookkeeper and support to the office administrator. This is a part-time position. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with good organizational and communication skills, both oral and written. Candidate must have strong ethics and integrity, and be a good team player.
Job duties include, but are not limited to, accounting (AR, AP and GL), client billing and time entry, collections, client deposits, bank reconciliations, IOLTA/Trust accounting, and general office duties including ordering supplies, facilities liaison and occasional back-up receptionist.
Job qualifications include at least 3 years prior bookkeeping experience, associates’ degree in accounting or certification, TABS or similar accounting software, MS Office, including strong skills in Excel and Access, and the ability to learn new software. A qualified candidate must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment.
