My practice focuses on real estate and business. I am committed to helping my clients solve complex issues and avoid future litigation.
My practice includes commercial and residential real estate matters as well as general business matters. I am passionate about serving clients of all sizes, from individuals to small businesses and large companies. In both transactions and litigation, one size does not fit all. I strive to learn and be knowledgeable about each client’s particular needs. In turn, my clients’ legal risks are minimized while they are provided effective and economical legal services.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors and being with family and friends.
Prior to joining Hanson Baker, I was an intern for the Ronald A. Peterson Law Clinic, where I consulted for local small businesses on business entity formation issues, safeguarding intellectual property rights, drafting commercial contracts, and creating a marketing plan. I also interned for two publicly traded companies, during which time I negotiated and drafted commercial contracts, completed due diligence for buy-side acquisitions, and participated in SEC filing and stock financing processes. Lastly, I worked for a real estate focused firm where I participated in both litigation and transactions.
