Employment Opportunities

Associate Position.  Hanson Baker Ludlow Drumheller P.S. is looking to add an associate attorney with 0 – 5 years’ experience to its growing practice.  Hanson Baker is an AV-rated law firm based in Bellevue, Washington for over 75 years with a successful track record of hiring, training, and promoting top-quality attorneys.  Our practice focuses on real estate, business, construction, estate planning, creditors’ rights, and dispute resolution.  We have an opening for an attorney with an interest in both transactional and litigation work in those practice areas.  Hanson Baker offers a competitive salary structure, generous benefits, and a reasonable expectation for billable hours (1,500 annually).  In return, We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, manages their time and caseload efficiently, meets deadlines, exercises good judgment, has strong communication skills, and can relate to clients on an individual basis.  Experience in real estate or business matters is a plus, but not necessary if the candidate has other strengths or relevant experience.  Hybrid workplace.  Salary range of $95,000 – $140,000 per year, plus annual bonus at employer’s discretion.  Employees receive medical, dental and vision insurance, long-term disability insurance and $100,000 life insurance.  Dependent health coverage is paid by employee.  Employees are eligible for our 401(k) 3% Safe Harbor Plan after one year.  Employees receive 37.5 hours of vacation leave after six months, 37.5 hours of vacation leave after the next six months and 75 hours per year for the next two years, increasing to 112.5 hours per year thereafter.  Employees accrue 60 hours of sick leave per year, maxing out at 150 cumulative hours.
