Litigation Attorney

Hanson Baker Ludlow Drumheller P.S. (Hanson Baker) is looking to add a litigation attorney with 4 – 8 years’ experience.

Job duties include:

  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court submissions
  • Propounding and responding to discovery requests
  • Conducting investigations and interviews of clients and witnesses
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Court appearances
  • Working with expert witnesses
  • Attending mediations and conducting settlement negotiations
  • Attending trials and arbitrations

Necessary skills and qualifications include:

  • First- or second-chair experience with all aspects of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and trials or arbitrations
  • Track record of consistently delivering high-quality work product
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

This is a full-time position with opportunities for promotion to shareholder or of counsel.

Hanson Baker is an AV-rated law firm based in Bellevue, Washington. Our practice focuses on real estate and related areas, including construction, creditors’ rights, and estate planning and probate.

Salary range is $140,000 – $205,000 depending on qualifications and experience, plus quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance.

Hanson Baker is an at-will employer, with opportunities to work remotely.
